日本アメリカ文学会 新人賞規定
本賞は、次世代を担う若手研究者の研究を奨励するために設ける。
- 受賞資格 満40歳未満、または修士号取得より5年以内（投稿締切日現在）。複数の修士号を取得している場合、当該およびその周辺領域における最初の修士号より5年以内とする。
- 賞金 5万円

審査対象
『アメリカ文学研究』および The Journal of the American Literature Society of Japan に掲載が決定した論文の中で、受賞資格を満たす執筆者による論文。

審査方法
各支部および代議員会から選出された本部編集委員が協議して決定する。

その他
a）受賞論文については7月末までに論文執筆者に通知する。
b）受賞者の表彰は全国大会開会式において行う。

The Editorial Board will select a winner (or winners) for the ALS Young Scholar Award from essays accepted for publication in 『アメリカ文学研究』or The Journal of the American Literature Society of Japan. Eligible authors must be under forty, or they must have obtained their first master's degree in a field related to American literature no more than 5 years prior to submission. Winners will be notified by the end of July. They will be presented with the award, along with a 50,000 yen cash prize, at the Opening Ceremony of the annual ALSJ Convention.
